The Brazilian Foreign Trade Secretariat ("SECEX") has initiated an investigation, through Circular No. 69, to determine the existence of dumping in exports of ethanolamines (monoethanolamines and diethanolamines) from China to Brazil, classified under HS Codes 2922.11.00 and 2922.12.00, and the resulting injury to the domestic industry caused by such practices.

The dumping analysis covered the period from April 2023 to March 2024. The injury analysis covered the period from April 2019 to March 2024.

Interested parties have until December 23, 2024, to request their qualification as interested parties in the investigation.
