On April 30, 2026, Brazil's Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX) initiated, through Circular No. 34/2026, an investigation to determine the existence of dumping in exports from China to Brazil of reciprocating compressors for refrigeration (NCM 8414.30.11), as well as injury to the domestic industry resulting from such practice.
