Antidumping Investigation | Powdered Milk

On December 11, 2024, through Circular No. 72/2024, the Brazilian Secretariat of Foreign Trade initiated an investigation to determine the existence of dumping in Brazilian imports of powdered milk, whole or skimmed, not fractioned, classified under NCM subheadings 0402.10.10, 0402.10.90, 0402.21.10, 0402.21.20, 0402.29.10 e 0402.29.20, originating from Argentina and Uruguay, and to assess injury to the domestic industry resulting from this practice.
