Antidumping | Steel Chords

The Executive Management Committee (GECEX) of CAMEX approved, during its 204th Ordinary Meeting held on June 15, the application of definitive anti-dumping duties on Brazilian imports of high-carbon steel chord strands, with high mechanical strength, of 3 or 7 chords, low relaxation, commonly classified under subitem 7312.10.90 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature - NCM, originating from China, to be collected in the form of specific duty fixed in US dollars in amounts ranging from US$ 290.11 to US$ 627.04 per ton, according to GECEX Resolution No. 484, dated June 21, 2023.
