Dumping Investigation | Gloves

SECEX initiated, through Circular No. 27, of July 28, 2023, an investigation to verify the existence of dumping in exports from Malaysia, Thailand and China to Brazil of gloves for non-surgical procedures for health care, used in medicine, dentistry and veterinary medicine, commonly classified under the sub-items of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature - NCM 4015.19.00 and 3926.20.00, until 03/31/2022, and 4015.12.00 and 3926.20.00, as of 04/01/2022, and injury to the domestic industry arising from such practice.
