Extension of Antidumping Duty | Acetic Esters

Extension of the application of the definitive anti-dumping duty, for a period of up to 5 (five) years, to Brazilian imports of acetic esters, commonly classified under sub-items 2915.31.00 and 2915.39.31 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature - NCM, originating in the United States of America America and Mexico, to be collected in the form of a specific rate fixed in US dollars per ton.
