Provisional Antidumping Duties - Rubber Gloves

We inform that Resolution CAMEX No. 568/2024 has been published, applying provisional antidumping duties for a period of up to 6 months on Brazilian imports of non-surgical procedure gloves originating from China, Malaysia, and Thailand, in light of the positive preliminary determination of dumping and resulting damage to the domestic industry. The GECEX has decided to apply provisional duties to all investigated sources to neutralize the harm caused by imports at dumping prices in the form of specific rates, ranging from USD 1.38 to USD 30.17 per thousand units of gloves.
