On January 17, 2025, through Circular No. 4/2025, the Brazilian Secretariat of Foreign Trade initiated an investigation to determine the existence of dumping in Brazilian imports of tableware objects, regardless of their degree of porosity, classified under subitem(s) 6911.10.10, 6911.10.90, 6911.90.00 and 6912.00.00, originating from Argentina and Uruguay, and to assess injury to the domestic industry resulting from this practice.
