On March 20, 2026, the Brazilian Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX) published Circular No. 20, dated March 19, 2026, initiating a sunset review of the antidumping duties extended by GECEX Resolution No. 176, of March 19, 2021, and GECEX Resolution No. 198, of May 3, 2021, on Brazilian imports of radial construction tires, with rim sizes of 20", 22", and 22.5", for use in buses or trucks (truck and bus tires), commonly classified under subheading 4011.20.90 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM), originating from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, Japan, and the Kingdom of Thailand.
